"At the center of your being, you have the answer; you know who you are and you know what you want." Laozi
Before the light: gray things in gray corners, the familiar furniture of unconsciousness. Then— *attention* strikes like dawn on mountainside: The coffee cup becomes a vessel, the stranger's face suddenly human. *Awareness*: the great alchemist, turning lead moments into gold, shadow-habits into choice. Under its gaze the automatic gesture stops mid-flight, asks permission to complete itself. The anger that lived unnamed in the chest's dark room steps forward, shows its face, becomes workable. What was solid reveals itself as possibility, what seemed permanent melts into the pliant now. Even the pain changes color when seen clearly— no longer an enemy but a teacher wearing a harsh mask. *Transformation*: not fire's violence but light's gentle insistence that all things show their true nature.
Beauty and depth. So rare.
Short, but sweet and so deep.
It's interesting how two people can see completely different shades yet each is correct in their minds eye. Gives beauty and depth to
a relationship.
